Report on the Inaugural Science Journalists Forum: A Groundbreaking Step for Science Communication in Ghana
The first-ever Science Journalists Forum took place on November 14, 2024, in Accra, Ghana, marking a significant moment in the evolution of science communication in the country. Organized by Science Journalism Ghana and spearheaded by its founder, Jessica Ahedor, the event attracted 36 participants, including journalists, scientists, policymakers, and tech experts.
Madam Linda Asante-Agyei is a senior editor at the Ghana News Agency from 1997 till date. She has been working in the media industry for close to three decades and has corresponded to many platforms locally and internationally. She is skilled in Journalism, Media Relations, Strategic Planning, Editing, and Project Management. Mrs Asante-Agyei holds a Master of Arts M.A.
Ahedor Jessica is Ghanaian based freelance science journalist and the founder of (Science Journalism Ghana)
